Cut the stem, unscrewed the hull from the temporary frames and with a little help lifted her out of the shed. Great to see her the right way up, felt really light ( I must find some scales). The internal structure looks good, but there are a few thin glue lines and gaps under some of the stringers so a bunch of filleting is required. This is a real milestone, but also highlights how much work is left to do ... better crack on ! Mixed some filleting blend, poured it into a ziplog bag, cut the corner off and cake iced it along each stringer. Not as easy as I thought, I'm glad these joints won't be on show !

Wow really good progress Dave. You mentioned 'pouring' your filleting blend mix, it should be quite a firm mix and not really pourable, maybe a bit like cream cheese! Wet enough to stick but thick enough to spead it with out it running off.
